About the Symposium

This one-day symposium will bring together legal scholars and social scientists to examine trademark dilution as a legal and social phenomenon. Through the cross-disciplinary conversation, this conference will shed more light on the purported harms caused by trademark dilution and possible policy approaches to address those harms.

The Santa Clara Computer & High Tech Law Journal anticipates publishing a complementary symposium edition of the journal. In addition, trademark dilution research will be collected at the symposium website ( http://www.scu.edu/law/tmdilution/ ), and videos from the event will be posted there as well.
