The University of Akron School of Law and Sughrue Mion, PLLC, present the 11th Annual Richard C. Sughrue Symposium on Intellectual Property Law and Policy: Old Problems, New Directions, March 9, 2009.
The program will feature a review of recent development in patent, trademark and copyright law by noted experts in the field. It will also include a review of the PTOs new disciplinary rules and a panel discussion on the likely impact of the Obama administration on IP policy. The featured luncheon speaker will be Chief Judge Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
