Villanova University School of Law presents the Third John F. Scarpa Conference on Law, Politics and Culture: Liberty of Conscience and Religious Equality on February 19, 2009. The focus of this conference will be the challenge issued by Martha Nussbaum in Liberty of Conscience: In Defense of Americas Tradition of Religious Equality (2008).
