Symposium and Call for Papers – International Issues in Higher Education

The Journal of College and University Law invites submissions from academics, practitioners, and students for publication in the Journal’s symposium issue. The symposium issue will cover emerging issues in higher education law on the international scene, including issues relating to research, university certification, institutional liability abroad, and the impact of foreign laws on US institutions operating overseas. The deadline for drafts is Nov. 1, 2009.

Articles accepted for publication in the Symposium Issue will be published in Volume 36, Issue 2 of the Journal, which will circulate in early spring of 2010. Submissions should contain significant scholarly analysis, and may be of any length.

The deadline for final drafts will be November 1, 2009. Interested authors may submit an optional abstract for review and feedback before this date. Submissions should include a cover letter, resume, and a copy of your manuscript. Please direct inquiries and submissions to Rebecca Anderson, Editor in Chief, at jcul [at] nd.edu, or submit by ExpressO to the Journal of College and University Law. Submission guidelines can also be found here.
