Stanford and Yale Law Schools announce the twelfth session of the Stanford/Yale Junior Faculty Forum to be held at Stanford Law School on June 24-25, 2011, and seek submissions for this meeting. The focus of the twelfth session will be private law and dispute resolution. The topics to be addressed are: Bankruptcy, Torts, Taxation, Contracts, Antitrust, Intellectual Property, Corporate & Securities Law, Private International Law, Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Property, The Legal Profession.
