Call for Papers: Energy & Law in the 21st Century
WEST VIRGINIA LAW REVIEW, Volume 115 Special Issue
The West Virginia Law Review invites participation from scholars, researchers, and practitioners to illustrate the intersection between the law and energy in the 21st Century. The West Virginia University College of Law continues its historical connection to the energy sector. The College of Law offers expanded course offerings in all facets of energy practice, symposia on relevant energy issues, a Land Use and Sustainability Clinic, a Center for Energy and Sustainable Development, a National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition, and now a special energy issue of the West Virginia Law Review, Volume 115.
