The Aging, Law & Society Collaborative Research Network of the Law and Society Association invites scholars to participate in a multi-panel workshop sponsored by the CRN as part of the Law and Society Associations 2014 Annual Meeting.
Accordingly, the CRN encourages paper proposals on a broad range of issues related to law and aging. However, we especially encourage proposals on the following topics:
The conference theme: the role of law and legal institutions in sustaining, creating, interrogating, and ameliorating inequalities;
Caregiving; and
Comparative approaches to elder law and old-age policy.
