CFP: Adult Guardianship (Touro’s New Journal of Aging, Longevity, & Law)

Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is pleased to announce a call for papers for the
inaugural issue of the Journal of Aging, Longevity, & Law to be published in 2015. The inaugural
issue will explore issues of adult guardianship. We welcome pieces for this issue relating to any
issue concerning adult guardianship with a broad or national concern. Submissions are due March 10, 2015.

The Journal is an interdisciplinary journal accepting for publication papers, articles, and essays that address a wide range of topics involving the elderly and the consequences of an aging population for the law and the legal system. It is a faculty and student-edited online journal. It seeks pieces from faculty, lawyers, judges, healthcare professionals, and students.

Please email your piece by March 10, 2015, to joall@tourolaw.edu in MS Word format to Co-Editors-in-Chief Professors Marianne Artusio and Joan Foley.

Papers should generally be no longer than 35 pages, including footnotes, in length (text double-spaced in 12 point-font and the footnotes single-spaced in 10-point font). Please use Bluebook citation format for footnotes.
