Protecting Taxpayer Rights – CFP – Seattle, WA

University of Washington School of Law

The University of Washington School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program will host its Fourth Annual Tax Symposium Oct. 7, 2016. The 2016 Symposium will focus on “Protecting Taxpayer Rights” and feature keynote remarks by Nina E. Olson, the National Taxpayer Advocate. The submission deadline is July 1, 2016.

Papers should be well developed, but at a stage where they can still benefit from the group’s discussion. Priority will be given to papers that are consistent with the chosen theme.  The symposium will include twelve to fifteen papers.  Dinner with the keynote speaker will be held on the day of the conference.

Please submit an abstract of the paper, a draft (if available) and a curriculum vita no later than July 1, 2016 to lawtax@uw.edu with subject line “UW Tax Symposium Submission.”  Paper selection will be finalized by August 15, 2016.
