The AALS Section on Civil Procedure invites papers for its program, The Roberts Court and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, at the AALS Annual Meeting (Jan. 3-7, 2017). The selected paper will be presented on Thursday, January 5; the panel will be 8.30AM to 10.15AM. Papers are due by Aug. 19, 2016.
