CFP: Comparative and Cross-Border Issues in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law

IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law hosts the 2017 Law Review Symposium on Comparative and Cross-Border Issues in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law on November 30-December 1, 2017. More details can be found here.

Deadline: To submit an entry, interested participants should email an attachment in Microsoft Word or PDF containing an abstract of no more than 750 words no later than January 31, 2017, to Matt Hamielec at mhamiele[@]kentlaw.iit.edu.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their submissions and proposals by no later than March 31, 2017. Papers based on accepted abstracts will be considered for publication in a 2018 symposium issue of the Chicago-Kent Law Review if submitted by January 5, 2018 (word limit: 15,000 words with footnotes). There is no cost to register for the conference but participants are responsible for securing their own funding for travel, lodging and other incidental expenses.  A limited number of travel stipends may be awarded to those who demonstrate financial need.  If you would like to be considered for a travel stipend, please make that request in your submission.
