The University of Oregon Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation invites proposals for papers for its 2017 Spring Issue on topics related to Coastal Resilience & Climate Change. This issue will coincide with JELL’s Spring Symposium, hosted in early April at the University of Oregon School of Law in cooperation with the National Sea Grant.
