CFP: Comparative Law – Xi’an, China

The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (Oxford University Press) and the School of Law of Xi’an Jiaotong University are co-hosting the inaugural Conference on Comparative Law: The Past, Present and Future on June 9-10, 2018 in Xi’an, China. From the call for papers:

The Conference will consider abstracts in all disciplines of law, including cross-disciplinary legal studies, which have a significant comparative law component. The Conference is particularly interested in receiving abstracts on public law (such as constitution law, criminal law and administrative law), general theories of comparative law (including methodologies) and international law.

Abstracts should be submitted to xianlaw2018@sina.com by April 20, 2018.
