Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy

The Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy is seeking submissions of articles written by practicing attorneys for publication as the Lead Article in the Journal’s next issue. Preferably, the article will concern a legal matter connected to trial and appellate advocacy, generally applicable regardless of jurisdiction, or will concern Massachusetts or federal law. Submissions can be sent to the Journal’s Managing Editor, Anya Richard, via email (arichard[@]su.suffolk.edu) and should include a brief synopsis of the article, the author’s resume, and the complete article manuscript, if available. Please note, if selected for publication, a complete manuscript of the article must be ready for submission to the Journal’s Managing Editor no later than September 30, 2018.
