Robert D. Bullard, “often described as the father of environmental justice,” presents today at the S.J. Quinney College of Law Moot Courtroom the Environmental Racism Lecture – Race, Place, and the Politics of Pollution. Professor Bullard is the former Dean of the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University (2011-2016) and current Distinguished Professor of Urban Planning and Environmental Policy.
