Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association, and the STS Working Group will present on March 14, 2019, the 11th Annual BCLT Privacy Lecture by Shoshana Zuboff, entitled “‘Privacy Must Fall’: The World According to Surveillance Capitalism.”  Zuboff studies “rise of the digital, its individual, organizational, and social consequences, and its relationship to the history and future of capitalism” and wrote The Age of Surveillance Capitalism.  More details, including background reading, available here.
