Dr. Ruger and panelists Michael Stein (Harvard Law School), Alicia Elyn Yamin (The Petrie-Flom Center and Harvard University), along with moderator Carmel Shachar (The Petrie-Flom Center), will discuss her recent book, Global Health Justice and Governance (Oxford University Press, 2018).
