Santa Clara University School of Law hosted the program Recent Developments Affecting Litigation on Monday, April 8, 2019 at the Locatelli Center. The all-day event featured panels of experts offering insights into litigation in, and appeals from, the PTAB, ITC, and District Courts. Delivering keynote remarks are The Honorable Raymond T. Chen, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and Laura Peter, Deputy Director of the USPTO. The program was presented by the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
