CFP: European State Aid Law Quarterly

European State Aid Law Quarterly

The Editorial Team of the European State Aid Law Quarterly invites experts in private practice and academia to submit annotations on relevant State aid-related cases from the General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. Cases from national jurisdictions are also accepted if there’s a strong enough link to the EU acquis.

Annotations should be 3000-4000 words in length (including footnotes) and fully conform to the Author Guidelines and the journal’s referencing and style standard, OSCOLA. Annotations should briefly describe the background/facts of the Case, explain the major parts of the judgment and include critical comments.

If you are interested in submitting a contribution please contact the Executive Editor, Caio Weber Abramo, at weber-abramo[@], specifying the particular Case you wish to annotate. That case will be reserved for you. The full list can be found on the website:

Submission of the final manuscript should be done via the journal’s online manuscript submissions system, Scholastica.
