Conf.: The Future of Healthcare Reform – St. Paul, MN

Mitchell Hamline School of Law

The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice hosts The Future of Healthcare Reform: The 10th Anniversary of ACA, on Feb. 21, 2020 at St. Paul, MN.

We invite you to our symposium on the Future of Healthcare Reform. This symposium is designed to facilitate a conversation with industry leaders and regulators on the future of healthcare reform while reflecting on ten years of the Affordable Care Act. We will begin by taking a step back to when the ACA was passed and discussing why it was designed, what it accomplished, and how the industry responded. Then, we will discuss what the ACA has evolved into today and whether it remains effective. Finally, we will discuss the pending litigation and what the future may hold for the healthcare industry.
