CFP: Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law

American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law

The Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law is currently accepting submissions for publication in upcoming issues. They are currently seeking submissions that present new arguments or perspectives about timely legal issues primarily in U.S. laws.

Submissions are preferred to be 15,000 words more or less, including at least 150 footnotes. Articles may be submitted to gl-articles@wcl.american.edu, or through other sites, such as ExpressO, Scholastica, etc. Please note: JGSPL does not accept articles written by law students. Submissions are currently being accepted under a rolling deadline.

The Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law (JGSPL), founded in 1992, provides a forum for those interested in gender issues and feminist legal studies. The latest Washington and Lee Law Review rankings listed JGSPL as one of the top-cited legal periodicals in the U.S. and selected non-U.S. regions in the subject area of Social Policy, Gender, Sexuality and the Law.
