University of Miami School of LawCharlton Copeland, Professor of Law & Dean’s Distinguished Scholar, University of Miami School of Law, presents today, “Victory by Another’s Name: Gay Stigma, The Ryan White Care Act, and the Development of a National AIDS Policy,” as part of the Faculty Speaker Series.
