Scholarly Opportunities

A new grant program is being started by the Center for Innovation Promotion (C4IP), with the goal of supporting empirical work to provide lawmakers data-driven recommendations on intellectual property policy.

C4IP will provide research grants up to $25,000 to selected lead researchers who are, at the time of application submission, full-time assistants, associates, or professors at a university, degree-granting research institution, or law school.  More information about the program is available here, including a link to a PDF with information about how to apply:  https://c4ip.org/council-for-innovation-promotion-launches-grant-program-for-ip-scholarship/.  Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Any questions about the program should be directed to C4IP’s Chief Policy Officer and Counsel, Jamie Simpson at jamie@c4ip.org.
