The University of Wisconsin Madison presents 50th Anniversary Symposium of the Military Coup in Brazil April 3-4, 2014 (Thursday evening and all day Friday). The event is organized by the Brazil Initiative (an interdisciplinary project headed by University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Division of International Studies and the Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies (LACIS)). The law school’s Human Rights Program is a sponsor.
