Call for Papers: The Lasting Effects of Terrorism on Cities – Fordham Urban LJ

The Fordham Urban Law Journal is soliciting articles for New Normal: The Lasting Effect of Terrorism on our Cities.

While terrorism is an issue in many urban centers, as of now, there is little consensus about the best way to address this continuing threat. As proponents argue that anti-terrorist efforts may be a “new normal,” the different approaches cities use to fight terrorism deserve new evaluation. Consequently, scholarly input is needed on this time-sensitive issue.

“We are particularly interested in including articles that address, critique, or voice concerns over counterterrorist efforts specific to the world’s urban areas.”

Deadlines: Please submit a one-page proposal as soon as possible, but no later than April 24, 2013. Selected articles are due August 15, 2013. im
