Oil, Gas and Energy Law Intelligence invites submissions for a special issue on the Energy Community, an international organization active in the area of energy regulation.
This special issue will not only provide an introduction to the Energy Community and its practical regulatory and institutional aspects but also aims to include comparisons between the Energy Community and the Energy Charter Treaty, Mediterranean partnerships, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other instruments of EU external relations and other international organisations.
Authors of this special issue will also be invited to participate in an “International aspects of European energy law and policy” conference at the University of Eastern Finland in early 2014. Where necessary, limited support towards the travelling costs can be provided to those authors attending this conference. Selected papers will also be included in an edited book focusing on the Energy Community.
