The second GSCIS (Global South Caucus of the International Studies Association) conference, Voices from Outside: Re-shaping International Relations Theory and Practice in an Era of Global Transformation, will be held in Singapore, January 8-10, 2015. The deadline for paper/panel submissions is Tuesday, July 15, 2014.
In addition to the traditional paper, panel and roundtable proposals, organizers are soliciting proposals for two additional programs: Graduate Student Workshops and Institutional Workshops.
