September 15, 2012 // 0 CommentsOn Friday, September 21, 2012, Touro Law Center Jewish Law Institute presents the Fall 2012 Distinguished Lecture Series with Rabbi Yona Reiss, Dean of Yeshiva University’s affiliated Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS). The topic of the lecture is A Comparative Look at Jewish Law and Civil Procedure.
Rabbi Reiss is an attorney and jurist who served from 1998 to 2008 as Director of the Beth Din of America, the largest rabbinical court in the United States. RIETS is one of the leading centers for Torah learning and training for the rabbinate in the world.
This program is open to the public free of charge. Attorneys requiring CLE credit will be charged a $25 fee.
