Law and Politics of Foreign Investment – Santa Clara, CA

The Santa Clara University School of Law, Santa Clara Journal of International Law, and Center for Global Law & Policy hosts the Law and Politics of Foreign Investment on February 1-2, 2013. The symposium will address overlapping trade and investment regimes, “What Went Wrong With International Investment Law? Confessions of a Claimants’ Lawyer,” the politics of international investment arbitrators, political partisanship and investment treaties, and the EU on the investment path-quo vadis. im
