Call for Papers: Same-Sex Marriage

The Center for American Legal Studies at Birmingham City University U.K. is seeking articles for a special issue of the British Journal of American Legal Studies (BJALS ) on same-sex marriage. We are seeking to include papers that are diverse in viewpoint and context and invite submissions from faculty and postgraduate students. We particularly welcome responses to and comment on the views expressed in an article published in the current edition which is attracting considerable attention. The article is entitled Why Liberal Neutrality Prohibits Same-Sex Marriage: Rawls, Political Liberalism, And The Family and is available here.
