Duquesne University School of Law presents Plea Bargaining After Lafler & Frye on February 28 and March 1, 2013. The symposium explores the significance and impact of two recent U.S. Supreme Court criminal law decisions, Lafler v. Cooper and Missouri v. Frye. The Honorable W. Louis Sands of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, a former state and federal prosecutor, will deliver the keynote address on Thursday.
