Moritz College of Law hosts Competition and Innovation in the Broadband Age on March 21, 2013.

Broadband offers extraordinary potential for innovation and, with that, poses key legal and public policy challenges. “Competition and Innovation in the Broadband Age” seeks to explore this potential as well as its impact on economic competition in three contexts: telecom regulation, cloud computing, and search technology.
