		<description><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://www.creighton.edu/groups/lawreview/index.php"><em>Creighton University Law Review</em></a> hosts the fourth annual multidisciplinary symposium at <a href="http://www.creighton.edu/law/">Creighton University School of Law</a> in Omaha, Nebraska, March 25, 2011. The <em>Law Review</em> is soliciting papers to be presented at the symposium, which will explore the theme of <a href="http://www.creighton.edu/groups/lawreview/lawreviewsymposium/index.php">ethics in war, terrorism, and military law</a>. Authors from legal, military, or social science perspectives are invited to submit papers for discussion at the symposium.</p>
<p>The submission deadline is Dec. 15, 2010. Authors of selected papers will be notified by January 15, 2011, and they will be invited to present their work at the symposium being held March 25, 2011. Travel expenses up to $500 and all lodging expenses for presenters will be reimbursed by the Law Review. Qualifying papers will be published in the fourth issue of the <em>Creighton Law Review</em>, which is devoted to the symposium.</p>

This will be the first time the conference will occur in the United States.</p>
<p>The conference, titled &#8220;<strong>The Legal Profession in Times of Turbulence</strong>,&#8221; will focus on a broad range of issues including the conditions of legal practice, bar regulatory structures, law firm culture, access to justice, diversity, cause lawyering, client relationships, conflicts of interest, globalization, and legal ethics education.</p>
