The conference brings together researchers and practitioners interested in <strong>economic policy and development in low- and moderate-income communities</strong>. 		<description><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://indylaw.indiana.edu/programs/globalcrisisleadershipforum/">Global Crisis Leadership Forum</a> at <a href="http://indylaw.indiana.edu/">Indiana University Law School-Indianapolis</a> will host its<a href="http://indylaw.indiana.edu/programs/globalcrisisleadershipforum/simulation/"> Second Biennial Counter-Terrorism Simulation and Workshop</a> Oct. 27-28, 2011.</p>
<blockquote><p>During the two day event, approximately 50 students from the law school and IU&#8217;s <a href="http://www.indiana.edu/~spea/index.shtml">School of Public and Environmental Affairs</a> will participate in a four hour simulation broadcast simultaneously on the web. . . . The simulation will be followed by a panel discussions that will examine the legality of NATO&#8217;s intervention in Libya as well as the challenges that local governments face in responding to terror attacks.</p></blockquote>
