The 25th International Conference on Legal Knowledge and Information System (JURIX 2012) is organized by the Leibniz Center for Law of the University of Amsterdam (UvA) Dec. 17-19, 2012. Jurix conferences are held under the auspices of the Dutch Foundation for Legal Knowledge Systems. JURIX 2012 includes 6 workshops and one tutorial. The deadline for submitting papers for the main conference (Dec. 18-19) has passed, but some deadlines for workshops (most on Dec. 17) are still ahead:
- AIIP, the first international workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law, will be held Dec. 17, 2012, in Amsterdam. Deadline for abstracts is Friday Nov. 23, 2012.
- The workshop on the Fundamental Concepts and the Systematization of Law has a submission deadline of Nov. 30, 2012.
- The workshop on Legal Resources from Text to Rules will take place Dec. 20, 2012. The deadline for abstracts is Nov. 26, 2012.
- The workshop on Acquisition and Management of Legal Information in the Semantic Web‘s deadline for submission abstracts is Dec. 3, 2012.
- The workshop on Intelligent Solutions for Monitoring, Case Assessment and Service Provision in the Tax Domain “is intended to provide a platform for exchanging experiences and best practices.” “Participants are invited to contact the organizer if they have innovations they want to share with the participants to this workshop.”
