The 2012 editors of the Melbourne Journal of International Law are currently inviting submissions for issues 13(1) and 13(2). MJIL publishes articles, commentaries, case notes, review essays and book reviews. Articles should focus on recent developments in specific areas of international scholarship. The submission deadline for issue 13(1) is Jan. 31, 2012, and the deadline for issue 13(2) is July 2, 2012. sr

The Albany Law Review is presently accepting article submissions for its State Constitutional Commentary, on topics related to the upcoming Symposium entitled “The State of State Courts.” The issue will feature a Perspectives section which includes analysis, op-ed, and essay pieces related to Judicial Retention.
