Immigration/Family Law Symposium – Hempstead, NY
Hofstra Law School will be hosting a symposium on the interplay between immigration issues and family courts’ obligations to serve families and children in November 2012. Hofstra’s Family Court Review will be publishing a special issue on the same topic and is currently soliciting papers. They are especially interested in submissions from clinical professors.
