Never the Twain?: Emerging U.S.-Chinese Business Law Relations – Ithaca, NY

The Cornell International Law Journal and the Peking University Law Review present “Never the Twain?: Emerging U.S.-Chinese Business Law Relations,” on February 21, 2014, at Cornell Law School.

Speakers and panels will investigate emerging business law issues between the United States and China, with a focus on the capital markets, trade regulation, corporate governance, and the judiciary. We expect the symposium to be of interest to practitioners, regulators, academics, and students who have an interest in China and U.S.-Chinese relations. Papers from the symposium will be published in English in the Cornell International Law Journal and in Chinese in the Peking University Law Review.

Deadline: Please RSVP to Gina Jackson at gj13[@]cornell.edu by 5:00 p.m., New York time, on Monday, February 10, 2014. Space is limited and so participation is on a first-come basis. im
