American Criminal Law Review

The American Criminal Law Review (Georgetown Law) presents a symposium, Private Justice in Public Enforcement, the evening of Feb. 26, 2015.

The Symposium will address three forms of private justice in public enforcement: the False Claims Act used to enforce healthcare fraud, the SEC Whistleblower Program used to enforce securities fraud, and a potential whistleblower provision to enforce violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
