CFP: Journal of Law and Public Policy

The Journal of Law and Public Policy is inviting submissions on any aspect of Constitutionalism. Topics may include:

  1. The history of constitutional thought.
  2. Philosophical foundations of constitutionalism
  3. Congress and constitutional self-restraint
  4. The Supreme Court and constitutional self-restraint
  5. Constitutions and their place in the international order
  6. Comparative constitutionalism

Proposals should be no longer than 500 words. They may be submitted to Dr. Charles Reid, Jr., University of St. Thomas – School of Law (MN) at cjreid@stthomas.edu. The submission deadline is Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Papers are to be presented as part of a Symposium at the University of St. Thomas School of Law on November 18, 2022. This will be a hybrid event; speakers are welcome to participate in-person or via Zoom.
